By Bus/Taxi: Regular bus services and shared taxis operate from Tezpur and Itanagar to Tawang.

Best Time to Visit

March to June and September to November – Pleasant weather with clear skies ideal for sightseeing and trekking.

Winter (December to February) can be cold with occasional snowfall, adding to the town’s magical atmosphere.
