History And Architecture of Sri Raghunathji Temple

The building’s architectural brilliance was constructed in the 14th century AD. Depicting Rajputana heritage, the main temple boasts two watchtowers on either side of its grand entrance. With an aura of divinity and serenity, the main attraction of the temple is the mesmerizing idol of Lord Raghunathji. As you enter the premises, the temple’s walls are adorned with vibrant paintings. Large frescoes of Hanuman, Vijay, Jay, and Garud evoked a sense of reverence and awe. In the center, there is a large dome flanked by two small domes on either side. 

Those seeking blessings at the temple can visit the picturesque Nakki Lake. It’s just a stone’s throw from the temple. To fully experience the divine aura of Sri Raghunathji Temple, it is essential to plan your visit during the temple’s opening hours. The temple opens its doors from 6 a.m. to 11 a.m. and again from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
