Pashan Devi Temple is an ancient temple that is located at Thandi Sadak in Nainital, Uttarakhand. The temple is dedicated to Goddess Pashan Devi, who is believed to be the incarnation of Durga. Located next to Naini Lake, it is built adjacent to Naina Devi Temple. Naina Devi is one of the 51 Shaktipeethas in India.

During the Navratri festival, thousands of visitors pay a visit to the temple to seek her blessings. As a mark of devotion and respect, devotees offer sindoor and clothes. The temple is made of stone sculpture and has Akhand Jyoti inside the temple which burns continuously 24 hours a day.
