Construction of the temple began in 2009 and is still underway. The main sanctum temple houses a massive Shiva lingam that is 11 feet high and weighs 51 tons. According to the mythological story, Shivalingam was brought from Omkareshwar, and Jalhari was sourced from Katni.
The unique feature of the temple is the replicas of the 12 jyotirlingas that are spread across India. The temple complex consists of Nandi, which is located outside the temple. Additionally, an individual temple dedicated to Nava Durgas is constructed on the first floor. The whole area around the temple is surrounded by a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
