To reach Badgonda Village, the starting point for your adventure, visitors will have to take road transport from Indore. From here, it’s a 4-kilometer walk to the Nakheri Dam, which is the starting point of the trek. The trekking trail is marked through the beautiful woods, and you can spot several birds, animals, and exotic plants native to the region. Walk for about 7 to 8 kilometers to finally reach the waterfalls amid all the wilderness.

From Badgonda Village, you have to travel a distance of 4 kilometers to Nakheri Dam, which is the starting point of the trek. The best time to visit the Bamniya Kund waterfall is during the months of September to December when the weather is pleasant and comfortable. During the rainy monsoon season, the terrain becomes extremely slippery,, and mosquitoes and other insects cause an unnecessary problem.
