Floating gracefully in the middle of Vembanad Lake, Pathiramanal Island is a tiny yet enchanting island in Alappuzha district. Spread across 10 acres, the island’s name translates to “Sands of Night” in Malayalam (Pathira – midnight, Manal – sand).
