How to reach Elaneeru Falls
To reach the Elaneeru Falls, you have to come on the Kalasa-Kudremukh route. The road lies beside Kudremukh National Park. Once you reach Elaneeru village, a trek of 3–4 km on muddy trails takes you to the Elaneeru waterfall.
Avoid visiting the trail during monsoon season when driving on muddy trails becomes more challenging. Also, around the fall, there is no designated area for swimming, so be cautious while swimming in the lake.
The best time to visit
The best time to visit and experience the untouched allure of Elaneeru Falls is from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Entry to the waterfall is free.
