Trek to Rasol Village
The trek to Rasol starts from Chalal village . Chalal village has a temple named Chalal Temple that is considered holy among the locals. If someone touches the temple, it invites a heavy amount of Rs 1000 for the visitors. Although the visitors are quite welcoming,. After crossing the Chalal village, the slope of the trek becomes quite steep. It takes trekking around 3–4 hours, and you will come across the few houses that are known as Rasol.
There are a few cafes that fall while trekking to Rasol. These are good stopping points where you can relax while enjoying the environment. Once you reach Rasol, the tall, growing Marijuna plants are quickly noticeable. Rasol cream is quite popular among visitors from faraway places.
The village is situated at a good height and covered with snow in the months from November to February. So it’s good to wear good boots with extra precautions.
Kasol, from where the trail starts, is well connected by roads with major places like Kullu , Bhuntar, etc. Due to popularity, the places get jammed due to limited parking space. Avoid visiting Rashol village in the monsoon when trails change into muddy paths.
