The Challenging Trek
It takes around 2 hours from the base of a hill to reach the fort. The 3-kilometer trail first leads to the temple of Lord Sri Kumbhi Ganapathi, which is relatively easy. The real encounter begins in the final stage of the trek, when you have to ascend a 12-foot vertical rock face.
After the hard ascent, the fort’s uppermost tier, durbar hall, graniers, and water ponds come to light.
