Parameshwar Tal, also known as Raha Shishupal Tank, is a manmade pond that is located merely 1 km away from the Chanderi Bus Station. A place for both religious and sightseeing purposes offers visitors a peaceful escape and holds great significance.
At the heart of Chanderi town, the miraculous pond was believed to have been constructed by the Bundela kings who once ruled this place. A number of magnificent temples dating back to the 18th century lie on the periphery of the pond to add to the spiritual ambiance.
