A twin hillock near Kanakapura, Banthnimari Betta, also known as Karadi Betta, is a beautiful hillock to visit. At 2090 feet high, the moderate is suitable for beginners and experienced trekkers.
At the base of the temple, there is a Devi temple, which adds a touch of cultural significance to the place.
The 2.5 km to Banathimari Betta pass through a delightful journey of flowers, green fields, and rocky surfaces. Granite rocks, occasional trees, and grassy patches occasionally define the trails. Coarse granite rocks ensure there is a secure grip for hikers.
