About Shivaganga Hill
Standing proudly at an altitude of 4599 ft, Shivganaga hill is a short trekking escapade near Bangalore. Shivaganga Hill boasts a unique topography that resembles different forms when viewed from different directions. It is said to resemble a bull from the East, Ganesha from the West, a Linga from the South, and a cobra from the North.
Located on national NH4 the place is not only a site for trekking but has spiritual significance. It has two prominent Shiva temples.

Gavi Gangadhareshwara Temple

Pathala Ganga Spring
During an enroute to Shivaganga hill, Visitors came across the Pathala Ganga spring. Consider a holy place , the water from the springs adds a natural allure to the place.
Nandi Statue
On an elevated platform at the hilltop, Nandi Statue provides an elevated platform for panoramic views of the plains below.
