The roar of the water, mist in the air, and the deep valley views together create an experience that feels both powerful and peaceful. Interestingly, the origin of the Urmodi River is traced back to this very waterfall.

- By Trek: From the nearest motorable point, there is a short trek of around 500 meters leading to the base of the waterfall. The trail is relatively easy but can get slippery during rains, so good footwear is a must.
While the waterfall may look inviting for a swim, it is strictly unsafe and prohibited due to deep water pockets and unpredictable currents near the base.
Best Time to Visit
The ideal time to visit Vajrai Falls is during the monsoon season, from June to September. This is when the waterfall is at its most powerful, with multiple streams cascading down the cliffs in full force. The surrounding Sahyadri hills also turn lush green, making the entire landscape incredibly photogenic.
Outside the monsoon, the waterfall reduces significantly in flow and may not offer the same visual impact.
