About Malik Talao
Nestled among the picturesque landscapes of Ranthambore National Park, Malik Talao is the smallest of the three lakes in Ranthambore National Park. One of the popular wildlife palaces to visit in Ranthambore, the park is located at a distance of 6.5 km from the Ranthambore national park entry gate and 4.5 km from Padam Talao. The scenic lake, embraced by lush greenery and teeming with diverse avian species, is a vital source of life for the park’s inhabitants.
As the sun’s rays fall upon the tranquil water, birds quenching their thirst delight the visitors with their presence. A kaleidoscope of bird species graces its shores, attracting birdwatchers from all corners of the world. The sight of ibis, storks, and cranes taking flight against the backdrop of the lake is a visual treat to behold.
