About Rumsu

Naggar in the district of Kullu is a beautiful place that holds multiple treasures to discover. Among all treasures, Rumsu is a perfect place to cover in your itinerary. Located 3–4 km from the town of Naggar, it’s a perfect setting in the midst of the Himalayas. 

A most distinguished feature of the village is Kath Kuni-style wooden houses that reflect authentic Himachal lifestyle. Kath Kuni style is an old style of making houses in the past. It has proven its ability and durability multiple times during an earthquake. 

How to Reach

There are two ways to reach Rumsu One is the hiking path that is shorter, while the other is a motorable road to Rumsu. You should choose the path that is adorned with apple orchards. It offers a breathtaking view of the valley and untouched mountains.
