Offering a secluded retreat for those seeking solitude by the sea, Malpe Beach is a popular destination in Udupi. Boast with silver-white sands and rocky islands, the Malpe beach is nestled at the mouth of the Udyavara river, which is locally known as the Malpe river.
There are four rocky islands along its vast coastline, the most famous of which is St. Mary’s Island.
