The Manipur Zoological Garden, located at Iroisemba on the foothills of the Langol Hills, is a serene and well-maintained wildlife park often called the “Jewel Box of Manipur.” It is home to a diverse collection of rare and endemic animals, including the state’s pride—the Sangai deer, which is also the state animal of Manipur.
